Honest to Goodness Cookbook, Junior League of Springfield, IL
We designed and created the Honest to Goodness cookbook cover illustration, which was a food mosaic of popcorn, seeds, coffeebeans, chinese cabbage. leek leaves, rice, etc. The back cover featured a diagram of food details used on cover illustration.

We designed and art directed interior pages of the section openers and all recipe pages of the 222 page cookbook (examples below). The section opener photos included actual artifacts from the Abraham Lincoln Historical Museum, and the photo shoots were held on location at the museum, under the watchful eye of museum security guards. The Lincoln artifacts were not allowed to be in contact with any of the food, so the dishes and table linens were loaned by local department stores.
